Interbeing Psychotherapy · Tal Sharabi
Come home to yourself.
Therapies dedicated to enhancing connection: to oneself, to others, to community, and to the world.
Welcome
“Nothing exists separately from anything else. We are all interconnected.” Thich Nhat Hanh
Depth-oriented therapy for trauma, anxiety, and the long road back to wholeness, weaving together the body, the mind, and the wisdom you already carry.
Thank you for being here. I am here to support you as you take the essential steps toward healing, whatever you may be carrying. I recognize your strengths, and I am committed to walking alongside you as you find your way back to wellness.
We all deserve support on this vital journey home to ourselves. It would be my honor to accompany you through this transformative work, at the pace your nervous system needs, never faster.

My offerings
Ways we can work together
Three paths, one intention: to help you reconnect, to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. Here is what each one actually involves.

Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy
Carefully held experiences that can soften old defenses and open the door to deep emotional healing, always within a safe, legal, and supported container.
- Psilocybin: guided sessions under Oregon's Measure 109 with a state-licensed facilitator.
- Ketamine-assisted: stabilizing support for depression and anxiety, with a medical provider.
- Preparation and integration: a harm-reduction approach that turns insight into lasting change.

Body, Mind & Spirit Trauma Healing
Trauma lives in the body. Using mindfulness and present-moment, body-centered techniques, we gently help your system process what words alone cannot reach.
- Sensorimotor psychotherapy: trained, body-based trauma processing.
- Nervous-system care: a regulated, safe pace that fosters real comfort.
- Developmental healing: focused support for early attachment wounding.

Training & Consultation
For the next generation of facilitators. As lead educator at InnerTrek, I teach space-holding grounded in nervous-system science and interpersonal neurobiology.
- Space-holding training: attunement, somatic awareness, and transpersonal depth.
- Group consultation: shared learning and case exploration.
- 1:1 consultation: focused support to deepen your practice.
What to expect
How healing unfolds
Healing is not a single event. It is a gradual process with room for reflection at every stage. Here is the shape of the work together.
Free consultation
We meet for a relaxed conversation about what you are seeking. No pressure, no obligation, just a chance to feel whether we are a fit.
Preparation
We build safety and trust, clarify intentions, and ready your nervous system, the foundation that makes deeper work possible.
The work
Sessions paced to you: somatic, mindfulness-based, and, where appropriate, medicine-assisted within legal and medical guidance.
Integration
We make meaning of what arises and weave new insight into daily life, so change becomes something you live, not just feel.
A different kind of therapy
You are the author of your healing
My role is not to fix you. Nothing about you is broken. It is to help you connect to your own inner compass, so therapy becomes a supportive companion rather than something born of desperation.
Strength-based
We start from what is already resilient and resourceful in you, cultivating your strengths as you navigate challenges, building toward a meaningful life, not just managing symptoms.
Body-centered
Mindfulness and present-moment awareness let us work with what is held in the body, supporting your nervous system so healing feels safe, regulated, and real.
Holistic & relational
Body, mind, and spirit are not separate. This work honors your interconnection, to yourself, to others, to community, and to the living world.
About me
Hi, I'm Tal Sharabi.
Since 2015, I have worked in various capacities within the mental health field, gaining a breadth of experience that shapes my holistic approach to therapy.
I am a licensed professional counselor in both Colorado and Oregon, with a master's degree in counseling from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
In 2021, I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies' Psychedelic Assisted Therapies and Research program. Additionally, I am trained in MDMA Assisted Therapy by MAPS (Parts A to D) and engage in ongoing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy under Polaris Insight Center. I am certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1 and am completing Level 2 training.
I am also a state-licensed Psilocybin Facilitator in Oregon. I was part of the first cohort in the United States licensed to legally facilitate with psilocybin, and I taught the first class of government-licensed psilocybin facilitators in the country.
With over 20 years of mindfulness practice, I incorporate mindfulness-based, present-moment techniques alongside body-centered and trauma-attuned practices in my work. I collaborate with my clients in a holistic, non-judgmental, strength-based approach, weaving together a unique path toward well-being.
Throughout my career, I have worked with clients experiencing complex trauma, attachment wounds, addiction, grief, depression, and anxiety. My journey through Central America deepened my understanding of healing traditions. During this time, I engaged with plant medicine from ancient cultures, learning to honor community, the earth, and the spirit of both animals and humans in the healing process.
My work as a psychedelic psychotherapist is dedicated to enhancing connections: to oneself, to others, to community, and to the world. I strive to contribute to creating a world that honors the connection of all being.

Good things to know
Every process is individualized and follows the pace of your nervous system. Together we can decide whether ketamine-assisted or psilocybin services make sense for you, both offered within the legal parameters of Oregon and Colorado law, and in collaboration with a medical provider when needed.
Healing unfolds over time. I invite you to a free consultation where we can discuss your goals and design a plan that works with your life and schedule.
I help clients redefine what healing means for them, connecting to their own inner compass so they can support their own growth. Through building awareness and learning skills, therapy becomes less a process of desperation and more a supportive companion.
You are guided toward an introspective process that lets you take charge of your healing with confidence and autonomy, with the body, mind, and spirit integrated as essential parts of the work.
It is a perspective grounded in resilience, resourcefulness, and the inherent potential within each person. We identify and cultivate your strengths, helping you draw on your own resources as you navigate challenges, promoting empowerment and a fulfilling, meaningful life.
All services take place within the legal frameworks of Oregon and Colorado, including psilocybin services under Oregon's Measure 109 and my licensure as a facilitator with the Oregon Health Authority. I am a state-licensed psilocybin facilitator, and I was among the first cohort in the country licensed to do this work legally. Ketamine-assisted work is offered in collaboration with a medical provider for appropriate stabilization.
Safety is the foundation. Careful preparation, nervous-system support, and integration are built into every step.
