“Nothing exists separately from anything else.
We are all interconnected.”
— Thich Naht Hanh

Welcome, thank you for being here

I am here to support you as you take the essential steps toward healing, no matter what challenges you may be facing. I recognize your strengths and am committed to guiding you as you navigate your path toward wellness.

We all deserve support on this vital journey back to ourselves, and it would be my honor to accompany you on this transformative experience.

Offerings:

  • This approach integrates psychedelics, including psilocybin, to facilitate deep emotional healing and personal growth. Conducted under Oregon’s Measure 109 and my license as a facilitator with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), these guided experiences take place in a safe and supportive environment. For some clients, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can be beneficial in providing stabilization while addressing depression and anxiety. In combination with somatic approaches to therapy, I collaborate with a naturopathic doctor to create a supportive and stabilizing psychedelic-assisted healing experience tailored to your needs, allowing for breakthroughs and insights that may lead to lasting transformation.

Lastly, under a harm reduction model, I support clients in psychedelic preparation and integration, which is crucial for maximizing the benefits of the psychedelic experience. Integration helps you process and make sense of insights gained during the journey, allowing for meaningful changes in your daily life and promoting ongoing emotional and psychological growth.

  • I utilize a body-centered approach to trauma work, which emphasizes mindfulness, present-moment exploration, and body-focused techniques to heal and mobilize trauma stored in the body. I pay close attention to supporting your nervous system throughout the healing process, creating a safe and regulated environment that fosters comfort and safety. I am trained in sensorimotor psychotherapy, which specifically supports trauma healing through the body, allowing clients to process and integrate their traumatic experiences in a nurturing setting. I have a strong focus on working with clients who experience developmental wounding, helping them navigate their unique healing journeys.

  • As a lead educator at InnerTrek, I support the next generation of psilocybin facilitators in their journey toward becoming skilled and compassionate guides. I teach psychedelic space holding from a nervous system and interpersonal neurobiology perspective, emphasizing the importance of understanding how these elements impact the therapeutic process. My approach incorporates deep attunement, somatic awareness, and transpersonal thought, allowing participants to explore the profound nuances of what it means to hold space effectively during psychedelic experiences.

Additionally, I offer consultation services in both group settings and one-on-one formats. These consultations provide a platform for discussing challenges, gaining insights, and deepening your understanding of psychedelic facilitation, ensuring that you feel supported and empowered on your journey.

It this for me?

The uniqe combination of nervous system focus apprach, befriedning the mind, and addressing your own individual spirit works well for folks who would like to heal childhood wounding by engaging in a co-created journey towards wellness.

Each process is individualized and follows the pace of the nervous system. We can decide if you may benefit from encorporating ketamine assisted psychotherapy or psilocybin services. Both of these are introduced within the legal parameters of Oregon and Colorado law, and with collaboration with a medical provider when necessary.

Healing often unfolds over time, and it is important to approach it as a gradual process that allows for reflection and growth at each stage. I invite you to join me for a free consultation where we can discuss your goals and collaboratively design a plan that suits your timing and frequency preferences.

  • In my practice, I aim to support my clients in examining redefining what healing means for them. Empowering clients to connect to their inner compass, supporting their own healing in the process. I believe that through building awareness and learning skills, therapy becomes less of process of desperation and more of a supportive companion. Clients are guided toward an introspective process, enabling them to take charge of their own healing journey with confidence and autonomy. Together, we will consult your inner wisdom, utilize your strengths, and help you envision a day when therapy will be a supportive ally, needed only occasionally.

  • My therapy is grounded in a strength-based perspective that emphasizes resilience, resourcefulness, and the inherent potential within each individual.

I work collaboratively with clients to identify and cultivate their strengths, helping them draw on their personal resources as they navigate challenges. This approach not only promotes empowerment but also encourages clients to envision and work toward a fulfilling and meaningful life.

  • I believe in the holistic integration of the body, mind, and spirit as essential components of effective therapy.
