Hi, I am Tal Sharabi.
Since 2015, I have worked in various capacities within the mental health field, gaining a breadth of experience that shapes my holistic approach to therapy.
I am a licensed professional counselor in both Colorado and Oregon, with a master's degree in counseling from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
In 2021, I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies’ Psychedelic Assisted Therapies and Research program. Additionally, I am trained in MDMA Assisted Therapy by MAPS (Parts A-D) and engage in ongoing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy under Polaris Insight Center. I am certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1 and soon compliting Level 2 training.
With over 20 years of mindfulness practice, I incorporate mindfulness-based, present-moment techniques alongside body-centered and trauma-attuned practices in my work. I collaborate with my clients in a holistic, non-judgmental, strength-based approach, weaving together a unique path toward well-being.
Throughout my career, I have worked with clients experiencing complex trauma, attachment wounds, addiction, grief, depression, and anxiety. My journey through Central America deepened my understanding of healing traditions. During this time, I engaged with plant medicine from ancient cultures, learning to honor community, the earth, and the spirit of both animals and humans in the healing process.
My work as a psychedelic psychotherapist is dedicated to enhancing connections—to oneself, to others, to community, and to the world. I strive to contribute to creating a world that honors he connection of all being.
My Approach
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Dream it
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
Build it
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
